It is. Because IRL NGD DAF can be customized quite significantly and can be made to look quite interesting and unique. But in the game we get nothing. Because mostly it's just factory parts, atm.

Has anyone noticed in the 1.59 Beta that the game is stuttering badly and running really laggy? I usually install every beta and have never experienced this issue before. My laptop is mid-range, slightly above, but this is the worst performance I’ve seen in any update. I know they’re trying to improve the graphics, but my system should still handle it like a potato. I’ve noticed it gets much worse when it rains in the game compared to clear skies, and it’s more noticeable in ETS2 than ATS.

@avers95 Have you read the respective beta discussion threads? There are possible solutions there.

But also, it's a beta and performance inconsistencies are to be expected (aside from the fact that solutions have been provided)

Did some quick jobs in 1.59 no difference
The morning in nothern Finland had some darn good crispy environment light at sunrise
Had some of the usual shadow flickering like crazy but a restart took care of it
Seems solid for an hour of game play

So, how's the performance? I understand better than anyone that this is a beta, but guys. I've completely reset everything to get at least a stable 30 FPS. I didn't get it.

I was fine with 1.58, but 1.59 is unplayable. The FPS is unstable, ranging from 60 to 17.
