Currently, the translation of "Wanlin Rest Stop" is "旺兰休息站". However, the "Rest Stop" here does not only mean "rest area", it's a combination of gas station, rest area and even service area. That's what actually Rest Stop means. But now it's directly translated into "休息站", which means it only has one function - places for rest. And also, we barely use "休息站" to talk about such area in Chinese. But instead, we use "服务区" for those multi-function areas on our local highways/motorways, which has similar functions to the Wanlin Rest Stop".

Thus, all in all, I think "Wanlin Rest Stop" should be translated to "旺兰服务区" instead.
