I'm sure they know that a multimedia system is in high demand, especially now with Game Radio.

It feels more like a music playlist than a radio station. I don’t understand why the developers didn’t add dialogue that’s tied to the game world. Imagine you’re driving and hear on the radio that the road ahead is closed due to an accident. Then, a few miles down the road, you actually see that accident as a random event. This dialogue could also be tied to the weather. Remember GTA San Andreas, this idea was created back in 2004!!Marcello Julio wrote: 13 Jun 2026 14:08 I'm sure they know that a multimedia system is in high demand, especially now with Game Radio.
The developers still haven’t added voice radio with NPC dialogue, like they did in 18 Wheels of Steel.

Why are the cities in this game devoid of people? Why not add dialogue for people on the streets... Little details like these make the gameplay unique and exciting!

Strongly, strongly agree with this suggestion. This is exactly what I was thinking when the radio stations were announced. This is the perfect opportunity to make the truck infotainment systems somewhat functional and more useful, increasing immersion. I would love an Apple Carplay/Android Auto analogue in the game with this information (obviously not identical to those aforementioned systems, because of intellectual property).loveninho wrote: 13 Jun 2026 12:55 More information on the monitor... Why use the truck's multimedia system and create an interactive interior like in Assetto or OMSI. Before, all of this was neatly organized in the advisor windows, but now it looks like a restaurant menu. Why, why, why not add a radio to the truck’s multimedia system, cargo info, etc...
But to be fair, when on the road, I don't really use the in-game music, I mostly play one of the BBC Radio stations on the background, or for greater immersion, go on radiomap.eu and find a local station to the country I'm in virtually.

Hi All
When using the 1.60 ETS2 beta, I have noticed there is a small issue with the on screen map widget, it changes size, and as a result the text format spreads over 2 lines of text...
I am using the -rdevice vk -color_mode sdr string in the launch options on Steam.
System: Mac Mini M4
Controller: Dualsense Controller
Monitor: DELL 2425HM monitor [24 inch]

Same problem with bigger monitor (32 zoll) too. Also the same effect in ATS.
