Same as @hangman005 and @miki208

Except the problem arises only on Brave Browser, which is Chromium based. The board works perfectly with Firefox and loads in a heartbeat.

No clue. I determined 1.1MB by trial and error. SCS might be able to fix it, or it could be a PHBB issue.

I meant change the number in the caption. I don't think allowing 20 MiB attachments is necessary.
