Road bump simulation is not working [NOT A BUG]

From version 1.59 through the 1.61 beta, the road bump simulation has not been working. The only thing I occasionally experience is a sudden jolt. I set the slider to 200%, but it made no difference.
To reiterate, this issue has been present since version 1.59.

This isn't a typical Open Beta. The main purpose is to test the Multi-Function Display and the In-Game Menu. So it may not reflect what's currently in the game.
