Eventually, that Stanley Cup window will start to close for Carolina, as much as I don't want to say that.

At least the Hurricanes are not as close to being as bad as my other favorite Sports team, the Charlotte Hornets, which is essentially (like the Cleveland Browns) a "poverty franchise" that is wasting LaMelo Ball.

Well I no longer have to worry about that Stanley Cup window closing because the Canes are the Stanley Cup champions of 2026!!

This is the first time I got to witness a team of mine win a championship (yeah I didn't watch the NFL back in 2011 when the Packers won the Super Bowl).

Ikr. I was just telling my co-workers about it Friday. The World Cup helped make if feel like it came faster this year. As soon as preseason is wrapping up, College starts. So This week all the way into Feb....its football time baby lol.

Looking forward to the college season…but at the same time I’m kinda meh on it.

The head coach of my favorite team’s on the hot seat this season, after FSU went 5-7 last year and 2-10 the year before. And the team hasn’t won a road game in about two years now.

Really going in with no expectations for my ‘Noles, haha.

Same here Maverick. Excited for College Football but at the same time, cautiously excited.

Clemson had it's first mixed record season in many years last year (7-6), and Dabo Swinney hates the highly valuable player portal. I'm keeping my expectations low for Clemson football this year.

Way more excited for NFL Football and Fantasy Football this year, especially having 2 playoff fantasy teams last year (one by pure luck lol) and losing both games in the first round.

Tonight's starting QBs for the HoF game are former Super Bowl champion (yes, you read that correctly) Kenny Pickett for the Panthers and former 2 time College Football champion Carson Beck for the Cardinals.

I'm not expecting anything, but should be interesting.

I'm definitely not expecting much but hey.....its football nevertheless. Its at least worth it to pull up in the background and listen if one has something they need to get done at the same time the game is on.
