Vulkan on Linux?

#1 Post by blackadderkate » 16 Mar 2026 11:54

I get better FPS and fewer stutters on my rather elderly PC with Vulkan so I prefer to use it if I can. However I understand this is still under development / Beta, so there are occasional weird graphical glitches (and other bugs).

Is this forum the best place to file bug reports regarding these glitches?

I never played the game before the interface was changed in 1.58, and don't know what all the fuss is about.

Vulkan is experimental and un-supported, so no don't make bug reports yet.

When it's made official, yes use the dedicated bug forums to report bugs.

*Not this bug forum, the general ones.

Oh no.

Looks like either 1.60 or the new Benelux rework is totally broken on Vulkan. This is what Antwerp looks like for me now (EDIT: new profile, no mods)..

So much for the native Linux version. Back to Proton I go... :(
