ETS2 Steam Trading Cards
Re: ETS2 Steam Trading Cards
What's up with all the Steam rage?
Looking on Steam's site, they recommend 1GB of hard drive space.
I don't know what you all have done for Steam to take up 6 GB, but if it's just ETS2 that is installed through Steam (no other Steam games), then it should not take up even close to 6GB.
Added: ETS2 on Steam recommends 4 GB of hard drive space, minimum is 2GB.
Hmmm... Okay so that is 5 GB for Steam software (1 GB) and Steam version ETS2 (4 GB), so that is sort of close to 6 GB. Eh, whatever, I still enjoy ETS2 on Steam just fine, almost like if Steam was not even there.

I just got 5 trading cards today, or was it 4? Can't remember. Ehm... Do they do anything? or get me anything.

Where have you got 6gb from?celestra wrote:no way am i having 6gb of steam trash on my computer just to get a few pointless cards
Current moment on my laptop my steam install is 2gb that is with Age of Empires 2 installed which is about 1.4gb of that. So 600mb for a program that you barely ever notice. Although desktop is different as have a lot more games etc installed.
What Valve recommend is different compared to what is really required.

I have two copies of the Night Reflections background. Does anyone here have another spare background so we could trade on Steam?

Husband played Football Manager which required Steam to activate it
FM was in a seperate folder but the actual Steam folder was soon a whopping 6gb of garbage and include bits for half life and left for dead which he never had and had no interest in
As soon as he stopped playing Fm we removed it all
Re: ETS2 Steam Trading Cards

Re: ETS2 Steam Trading Cards

Re: ETS2 Steam Trading Cards
Sorry to necro, but just had to mention this. My steam folder at present runs at about 700GB with 33,150 folders and 692280 files! It does contain 210 installed games, from a total of 262 games. It's an unfortunate thing but, every so often I will see a bundle offer on steam or indiegala, where there may only be 1 or 2 games that I really fancy out of the 20 or so, but the bundle price is often much less than buying the games I want individually.Chris89 wrote:Where have you got 6gb from?celestra wrote:no way am i having 6gb of steam trash on my computer just to get a few pointless cards

Wow. Half Life is one of the best games of the decade. Won thousands of awards upon release.celestra wrote:and include bits for half life and left for dead which he never had and had no interest in
Too bad you're too closed minded to expand your gaming interests.
