T6A5s in America
T6A5s in America

Close, but no cigar.
I have finally given into the fire and decided to start up a trucking company in the US as well. I wasn't going to get this game on account of it being exclusive to Steam, and I'm still not inclined to support the platform, but SCS forced me to start with this game with its shiny, mesmerizing graphics
I don't own the game yet, but hopefully I will soon, and then expect a lot of screenshots in this thread. I've already taken a whole bunch of screenshots in the demo, take a look. My base is in San Fransico.

I wanted to take a screenshot with my truck facing the street, since there was a shed and some cranes and I thought it looked cool. I struggled for about 10 minutes inside this bleeding shed to turn around.

Was it worth it? I hope so

Next, I took a shipment down to Bakersfield. I find it amazing that this is still a Kenworth T680, it's a very different looking truck.

Overall I think I like the Kenworth better, it's a much more aesthetically pleasing design.

Re: T6A5s in America
I purchased ATS today, here are my shots
My first trip was cheese from San Fransisco to San Diego, using the new truck.
[ external image ]
Climbing towards Oakland.
[ external image ]
On the bridge.
[ external image ]
I wondered how long before this would happen
[ external image ]
I had a meal before I set out, don't hate
[ external image ]
[ external image ]
[ external image ]
My next trip was from Fresno to Las Vegas.
[ external image ]
[ external image ]
On the way out of Fresno, I encountered some inclement weather.
[ external image ]
If you're aware of the situation in California, this seems like a cruel joke
[ external image ]
Climbing through the desert.
[ external image ]
Entering a new state like a boss
