I just came across this wonderful mod.
Being fan of heavy haulage was looking for box with crawler gears.
Just a quick question. I pressed button for auto gear mode but discovered the button I assigned for manual/auto doesn't work for this box. (ATO315fu_r) Does this box have this function or is it manual only?

it's missing suitable_for lines for those engines, you will have to add them manually in kriechbaum mod if you want to use it

The manual/auto button should work just fine. But you are not going to notice any difference in gear nomenclature because I am sticking to real life naming.

Edit: Apologies, auto is working. Was looking for "D" in front of number to indicate auto mode. Is there an indicator to show gearbox is in auto?

Right now unfortunately not due to game limitations. I did ask for it here so it is up to SCS to do something about it.

, the situation above happened on me too.
Currently using VTO2814B, excellent for heavy haulage, but I thought it should have 12 forward gears and 2 crawler gears instead of 14 forward gears?

separation of crawlers from normal forward gears is not possible in transmission description in the game. they are all counted as forward gear instead

Maybe name the first two gears C1 and C2, D1-12 for the rest of gears?

There is a reason for 1-14. In real life trucks with manual transmission (VT/VTO) do not display selected gears on the dashboard. Since you don't have a real life gear stick that would show you selected gear in the game, I used 1-14 naming.

You have some accessory conflicts on the eugene mod or at least that's what the game log, said hope this helps
