Public Beta 1.28 discussion (ATS)
Re: Public Beta 1.28 discussion
I like new street lamps flares, but traffic and tuck flares are just terrible! Please tell to a guy who decided to implement this kind of flares that he is critically wrong.
Look how you can make flares to look like with simple mod and Reshade:
But instead we get something like this? Ridiculous!

Re: Public Beta 1.28 discussion
Seems like I should make a backup of this lamp flares to keep it for descendants and show them how nice were flares

Ok,so the triples and Rocky Mountain doubles are legal only in Nevada........what happens if for example you took a job from Reno or Carson City to Las Vegas, the route from the route advisor will take you through U.S.395 and U.S.6,they are in state of California,am I going to be fined when I encounter police cars or.........?

That means that truck manufacturers decided to couple those brakes in one controller: the foot brake paddle. To avoid that the driver can brake via the retarder and push the gas paddle.-Raiden- wrote: ↑20 Jul 2017 18:52 What's that supposed to mean?
In the game I still can assign seperate controls for both.
Or is it that this feature is not that relevant for ATS, but more for ETS2? Thinking of controlling engine brake and retarder via one lever on the steering column (like in the New Actros for example)...
In the VS they use the engine brake system. That is an another system than used in Europe.
I don't say the retarder is not used in the US, but it is not common.
Personally I think the retarder is a better system for braking than the engine brake (Jake-brake).

Police give also fines when you drive in the dark without any lights on. It happend me once. Stupid, I know. I was forgotten to switch on the lights.

I love that we have doubles but I feel like I'm playing Scania Exit simulator every time I'm taking doubles out, hell parking them is easier. I honestly don't play this game to be challenged at every instance. Prefabs really need to reflect the change in trailer size.
