Nice, VERY nice!

Keep working, as this could be a lifesaver for many players, and a steady source of income for you, if you make dedicated site and allow some Google ads. You'll have many HITS, that's for sure! ;)

Just to keep it free for ETS2 players, of course.

Oh, you did it already? Nice. ;)

Great! I'm now downloading it. From the description I like these two mostly:
• Tobj file editor
• SCS Extractor graphical interface
Because I've always wanted to see what 'tobj' contains and because I really hate the way the original extractor works.

Woah! That was a pain in the neck to download...

No kidding, it's a good program though.

+1
Very good idea! Me likes this! :)
Especially the cargo editor, which can be so tedious, most of the times.
Retired, but still loving it.

@Ton_majstor:
Thank you!
ETS2 Studio will always be free. And, I don't expect to get rich with the website and/or download count.
I'll be lucky if I cover the cost of coffee that I drink while developing this application :) And that's enough for me.

@Baja_002:
Thank you!

@Laxi:
Thanks!

@rado84:
Well, for now the only thing you can see and edit in TOBJ files is the DDS path. There's not much other data in the file.
A couple of numbers, and that's it. (eg: path size, version, and such...)
I'm thinking about making them available for editing, but that might confuse some users.

Extractor GUI is really just the interface. It uses the standard extractor to do the job. It just saves you the hassle of typing the extract command in the command prompt. :) Nothing fancy.

@joe_alker:
Sorry for the download hassle.
I am thinking about getting a hosting package for the website, but not yet. I'm waiting to see the reactions.
If this app picks up speed, then I'll probably invest in a proper hosting solution. But, it's too early to tell.

@ohaha:
Thank you!
The Cargo editor will probably be upgraded into a standalone tool. Probably in v0.4/v0.5.

Thanks for your effort. This is a great idea. I’m sure it make many community members happy. How hard will be to implement future to add (not replace original) textures (DDS) for roads/environment ?
