Still, why convert all of base when you can do a comparison on the binaries and if they've changed then convert them.
On extended hiatus.

Jup, that's possible, but I just love working the old way.

ConvertterPIX and ConverterPIXWrapper both crash when I convert to PIX format.
This is also why the base of ATS stops at 27% with ConvertterPIX.

The three files that are responsible for this:

Code: Select all

\model\mover\animal\deer_run_herd.pma
\model\mover\animal\deer_run_jump_herd.pmd
\model\mover\animal\deer_run_jump_herd.pmg

I managed to identify and fix the issue in ConverterPix. I described everything in the pull request to the git repository and hopfully mwl4 will accept it. Here's the pull request https://github.com/mwl4/ConverterPIX/pull/29. For now you can compile the fixed version by yourself :)

[edit]

wml4 accepted the fix and you can already download the fixed binary.

There is a new problem with ConverterPIX, the new dlc_balt can not be converted to pix format, assuming that there are new elements in the new dlc that are not supported by ConverterPIX. I have downloaded the last binary today.

EDIT: I found the problem, there is a file in the dlc_balt.scs package called "train_parts01_shadow_bake" without file extension, when I extract this file it works.
\vehicle\trailer_eu\scs_flatbed\cargo\train_parts01_shadow_bake
