A while back I contacted you regarding the miss-matching colour between the cargo box/trailer skin and that of the truck cab and truck accessories. I experienced the same issue with a Scania R2012 mod that I have. No matter how many times I tried to get the colours to match using the templates and paint.net/Modstudio2 it has never worked in-game. The only way I can get a match is the make the truck skin with a variable skin colour .scs mod. Then park up at a Service Garage and match them up visually. Is there a way that can be achieved with BDF Tandem Truck Pack?

Quote removed - Don't quote images/code boxes - Rule 2.3

If you take a closer look at your image there is a shade difference between the cargo box and with the shade of the cab. There is a difference. I am just asking a simple question, that is all. Yes Flemming is aware, we have already had the discussion.

@Flemming V

Good day Flemming

I have a general question for you. Would it be possible in principle to have a trough for sand, gravel, tree bark etc. or also the selection for a livestock transporter? If this is possible in principle, could you please add it?

Hi,

is there somebody that can help me to make my own trailer design ? I have design ready, but every attempt to edit dd_white_skin.scs and put my design in it failed, as game won't even recognize mod. Maybe i'm doing something wrong, but i'm editing everything that i need.

Hi, you have to keep the .dds files modified named the same as the original template names. If you change the name the .def and other controllers will not see the file. The other alternative that I used was to take the Ole Larson skin and modify the files in the mod. The benefit of doing it that way is that you can see what parts of the .dds file need to be changed to make it your skin, but again retain all original .dds file names. I'm a Scania guy in ETS2 so it suited me fine to use that mod.
