start in 7 gear [FIXED]

Hi all.

A different thing appeared with this new 1.9 patch, is that it's impossible to start to drive in 7 gear or more, even without any trailer, and with 700hp+, you can't start to drive, the engine stops, even if you play with the throttle/clutch, it's impossible to start.

The thing is really weird, that in 5 or 6 gear, it s easy to start.
It seems that something make the engine stop if the 7gear is engaged to start.

Also, make double clutch make the engine stop too...

Before this 1.9 patch, i never had this problem.

You are not meant to start in 7th gear.

The engine isn't meant to stop if i try to start in 7 gear. It's a simulator, so, it must be possible to do.

It was ok before the 1.9 version of the game.

Without a trailer, and with 700hp, you can start in 7 gear without any problem. Of course, it s better to start in 5 to preserve the clutch, yes, but, it must be possible in game too.

quite to agree with kriechbaum.impossible to start in 7 speed since 1.9.a Because of this we can not do double clutch from 7 speed, because the same engine stalls while driving 80 km / h. to descend speed 16 to 14 do as below in reality.
clutch assembly to speed N, diet accelerator engine, clutch assembly to speed 14.
Now with Version 1.9 must drive the truck as a voiture.j hope that this will change

I just noticed this too. Problem for me is not that you cannot start in 7th.

You cannot got from neutral to any gear above 6th. Stationary or moving. And that is the problem.

You knock it out of gear above 7th to Neutral, and you cannot re-engage a gear unless you slow enough to get 6th or below(<10mph) or you stall it re engaging a gear appropriate to your speed.
