[1.9.20s] Honking cars & ad AI near GB

Hey guys,

if've found two bugs while playing the game.

1. I can't hear honking AI cars if I'm inside the truck, only if I'm outside with the camera. I Think that's not realisitic, if I drive a truck in RL I can hear honking cars inside cockpit.

2. On a intersection near a ferrie to GB, there are lot of traffic cars, trucks and busses and if I want to turn left, the ai wont let met drive out... last time I'm waiting 5 minutes and nobody let's me out! It's the way from ferrie to the intersection where you only can drive left to Amsterdam.

1. The outside is a bit low inside. I used to have a mod up the volume a bit.

2. I just had something similar on a T-intersection outside Wien. Five vehicles in front of me trying to go left but waiting for a long time due to traffic spawning at regular intervals. Not really the AI's fault since they didn't have to give way, but some more irregularity in the traffic would have been nice to give some more opportunities to cross.

I for one am glad I cant hear the honking inside the cab. I hear it outside and it's a regular PITA. No need for it. It accomplishes nothing, As IRL also.
