Coal/gravel/sand trailer front lights bug

The two front lights on the coal/gravel/sand/rock trailer are reflecting the light of the hazard lights. This can only be seen if the headlights of the truck are turned off, otherwise they just lit up white as they should. I first noticed this during good weather, but it caught my eye again as i was backing up another trailer during a thunderstorm and accidentally turned off the headlights.

These trailer lights also reflect the light of the turn indicator, depending on angle of view:

if the camera is facing the right front side of the trailer it reflects the light of the right turn indicator (see picture below). Same for the left front side of the trailer and left turn indicator.
