Set non-linearity to 0. Everything else wouldn't feel right with a steering wheel.
Non-linearity is only for keyboard or gamepad where you don't want your input to turn the wheel to the maximum instantly.

My setting is 780 degrees, non-linearity to zero and sensitivity to max...

Also settings from profiler:

So I've tried this setting with my G25, and it works nicely I would say.

I have as I expected that I would slowly become used to the G27 wheel. I originally settled on 320°, but have been gradually increasing it by 5° at a time, and now I am used to 400°. I will keep increasing it a little at a time. Something I really like is having so many buttons to use. Between the buttons on the wheel, shifter, and my gamepad and joystick, I have way more buttons than I need.

Well my G25 has 4 less buttons than G27, so I was thinking if I can use HOTAS on top of that. Would solve button problem, but another porblem would be to reach those buttons comfortably, since I'm using oculus rift I'm blind to my desk more of less.

I guess you'll have to play blind then, won't you? So put it in a place within reach, where you know nothing else will be, and memorize the button layout. My solution would be to just skip the rift, but then again I found it to be highly overrated and far too overpriced to bother with anyway...

Well if you havent fully experienced it, it's hard to judge. But for instance, i WOULD love to play multiplayer ETS mod. But I cant. Because they dont support oculus and I cannot play without it. Its just so less... enjoyable. Applies to more games than ETS.

Certain "tradeoff" for MP would be probably TrackIR, but I dont own one. So withhout oculus I'm losing also head tracking.

Oculus Rift, maybe. I seriously doubt it, because I tried it and was not impressed at all, and I definitely need to be impressed in some way before I would spend any money on anything, and very impressed before I buy anything as expensive as an Oculus Rift set up. And even then it has to a be a screaming good deal or forget about it.

But MP? Absolutely No way... Been there, done that, never again. [ external image ]

Let me guess, as your older posts suggest you don't care about speeding signs and you got banned for overspeeding? :)

Well money is not en issue, it's only 350$. And it's a dev kit. Just for me every game I tried it on I was way more immersed, and that's what I'm looking for in most games.

Also immersion in MP would be my hope too. I mean there are so many players, so many "real" drivers that doesnt do anything silly. You have traffic cams, ETS radio, it just looks like ETS MMO. + you can drive for "company" which is nice.
I actually dont know how it works for real, since I've just tried to get oculus working with MP I havent go anywhere so my actual experience with MP is zero.
