Of course it's your decision. But why do you add settings for physics, for headlights, for the camera, add wheels? It's a weather mod.

@Zizu "Of course it's your decision" there you already answered your own question!!! Why not? Lights can be part of weather, rain, fog, night, visibility etc, the wheels/tires similar, grip, rain, dry, snow, ice weather etc etc you really asking these!!!! sorry makes nonsense.
