[REL][WIP] Central Bohemia Project v.0.1

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

CBP v0.1 was released.

It's second version of this project. First one was canceled already in 2015. Last year (2021) i decided to renew this topic and show you, how development of this project continues after many years.

Central Bohemia Project is the name for a map which will be contain part of Czech Republic. Exactly whole Central Bohemia county + parts of surrounding counties.
Map size will reach to dimensions about 145 km x 130 km (scale 1:2).
Whole map will replace the original Europe by SCS and will be developed part by part.

Holy...poo. This is exciting. I hope you have plans to include a detailed city center of Prague also ;D

Thank all of you. I appreciate it.
City center of Prague not plan, because it would be very difficult to make. :D I stay with main roads only - motorways, expressways, 1st and 2nd class roads (maybe 3rd class).

How you will be able to create this with the "real 3D terrain with aerial textures"?, you say that above in your description.

Wait, does this mean you won't include any cities? Or what didn't I understand here?

Btw, if you want to make the entire Bohemia you'll have to include a part of Austria as well :P :D

Terrain and aerial textures I have from Sketchup (exactly "Add location" function). Before then export to Blender I must to do some little correction. But it's easy process. ;)
Pressing "A" in editor isn't important for me because I import whole segments with terrain. Of course first I specified center point of whole area (200 km x 170 km) which is located on this coordinate 49.850515, 14.700670. So in editor it's known like [0,0].

Project will include villages and cities. Big one will not be complete. Only "outer city ring" and industrial zones will be built.
