I can't see any flares, does these lamps come without flares? If so, how can I make them show SCS default flares?

Have you downloaded both the base mod and the double burner fix? :?

Remember to set the double burner at higher priority in mod manager ;)

Yes I have both the base mod and the double burner fix. I notice that the lamps turns on even with the two aux boxes unticked - though without flares. When I tick the two boxes, the flares becomes visible, but they look very different than the default game flares. It looks strange that the strong hella lamps barely has any flares when the tiny Scania high beams has a bigger rose flare. Question still remains, is it possible to give the Hella lamps the SCS default flare for high beams?

It sound very strange as you seems to be the only one with the problem. One question: Are you looking at the lamps when in photo mode or just outside the cabin camera? I have noticed that when in photo mode and altering the lights it tend to skip the flares and sometimes only the lightmask, depending on how you switch the lamps in photo mode. It's seems like some kind of bug in game ;)

well it's pretty simple to edit a file so no need for the author to do it ....but if mod will be updated it would be very kind if it was included for those who can't edit files themselves
