OK cheers, touch wood it's ok now. Been ok since I somehow fixed it, not 100% sure what I did though! I've successfully imported, fixed, exported and tested two variants off the truck chassis in game, and without problems.

Edit: Just incase anyone else has this issue, it had to do with some materials applied to the truck showing as "imported". Make sure to reassign them a proper texture.
