I would like to do the same as this person did.
I can lower the car but it is stuck on the floor, the front wheels do not steer and the rear wheels do not turn, I think the axle is disconnected.

In order to do this, you would need to edit the model so the collision of the wheels and the collision of the car don't touch. Otherwise it will be stuck like this. It's interpreted as a giant block driving with no wheels. Car collision pushes the wheels and collision into the ground. Simply editing the SII files to change residual travel will not work - edit of the models is needed. You can view these collisions in game by turning on // g_colbox 1 // into console.
