hi, can someone explain to me what residual travel is in def files of chassis? like what does it do? what happens if you increase it and what happens if you decrease it?

In theory, it's what's left (residual) of the wheel travel, after the suspension is compressed by the weight of the vehicle.

Residual travel values are stored in .sii files, so all you need is a text editor.

you can't.
if you want to redefine "stable" position you have to move locators in chassis model.
