Have yet to see this in North Carolina, specifically the I-540 and I-440 where jams happen.
Apparently they use these somewhere in Washington state, but I forgot which highway it was on. Don't know about California though.
While on the subject of Speed Limits, about those Speed Cameras, as far as I can tell from this website: http://www.photoenforced.com/california ... f2cRdlVhBd
California doesn't seem to have speed cameras, maybe it is just because the cops in game can't chase yet (to my knowledge). But there is a spot in Nevada where they do, and Arizona.
....yes....yes..... I know Europe had these for a while now.
