At 13:29 you will see what I believe causes these traffic jams.... I wonder how many of these people actually have a license, how many times they have been pulled over, and if the current car they are driving is a replacement.... and what happened to the last car they had.... and who in the hell would give a license to them? (if they have one).... DMV tests are not thorough enough...

My DMV test only had me drive in a city for a short while and that was it, didn't even take me on the highway where you would see a lot of people drive like idiots. Guess it wouldn't matter anyway, everybody acts right when they are being watched.... until they are no longer being watched....... good thing I don't live in New York City.... but doesn't make that much of a difference though.

I don't know who was the bigger idiots there, all the people that were just sitting there in the right lane when the left lanes are moving quite fast, or the people who were cutting in front of the other drivers and drove through the gaps they left between vehicles that were big enough that a herd of elephants could get through. And none of those people who were not moving took the exit either. I'd say the whole lot of them needed some city freeway driving lessons. [ external image ]
