SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

i think its because it has additional roads in the Iberia area so needs the DLC to access that content

Connections through Pyrenees including Andorra
This signature virus has been spliced with the Fundementalism-B virus to create a new more contagious strain. Please look for it infecting a signature near you.

Promods 2.60 includes Andorra, but it's currently only accessible from France. The roads that previously connected France and Spain through the Pyrenees have not been included yet, I suppose they had more difficulties than expected to merge them with the Iberia DLC roads. So welp, we'll have to wait more to have additional connections between France and Spain, at least in an unofficial way.

most logical route will be Andorra to Llieda (hopefully with a tight, twisty mountain road)

The Iberia DLC should be included in the Steam Christmas sale, I'd have a look if I were you just to make sure.
Has anyone ever been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

It is but only 10%. But at the same time SCS has regional pricing so it won´t be 20€ for everyone.

€20 seems about right with the conversion rates - under £17.
