Owned trailer are supported from more than a year already Just you need to select 'owned trailer' check box at the top left. They are just working differently than freight market.

But now I face the circumstance that it is hard to get tours to where I want to go and from where to go.

Is the use of economy mods like Economy Evolution by Mr.Papa Bear also supported ?
I don't want to get too rich from a own scheduled tour, hehe

No idea, to be honest. In general, this is game that is calculating wages for your job, so it should. However, I had lots of reports, that jobs entered by Speditor are overpayed. So, what I can advice - you can try and check. Preferable on test profile, so it won't screw up your finances in main.
