SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Thanks for answering, so if I want to create a map that works in promod, should I put the promod map file and my map in the mod folder, and get the coordinates of both maps in a single mapset? it would be like this? thank you

Yes, that is exactly how it will work. Bare in mind, that Editor does not use mod manager - so, order of the maps there is important. You have to order maps manually, by naming them. aMAP.scs will be loaded before zMap.scs... Writing it just in case, you will have some crashes in editor.
Same goes for map combos. You have to load all maps in editor, then save, and run tool.
As it seems ETS will be out of beta today, I will try to check Speditor and create mapsets for base maps by the end of this week. Not promising anything, though.
