All I can add is that when the sound plays, the air pressure gauges shows a very high reading. So I believe air are being released all though it does not sound like the air brakes when they are applied or released.

Yes it is definitely under "Truck effects volume". If I move the slider to the left, the sound decreases but the the tyre and other sound also decreases and its hard to hear.

Reduced sound volume of one of the air brake sound effects for the default air brake sound replacements.

@OuToppie - The main sounds I have listed under "Truck Noise" are as follows:

* tire sounds
* wind sounds
* suspension sounds
* refrigerated trailer unit sounds while driving

None of which are related to air pressure. Please let me know if you can identify the sound. If not, an audio recording of the sound would be very helpful.

Sorry for taking so long to respond but I tried to record the sound but I am to stupid. Anyway, the sound sound like this " whooooo" while the vanilla sound sound like this :thruuuuuup" I did not have a refrigerated trailer attached when I last heard the sound. In any case it seems that I am the only player who thinks the sound is to loud so let us leave it as is.

Just wanted to confirm, was the door closing 'thud' removed in a recent update? I remember hearing it whenever I finished filling fuel.

@Air523 - The door closing thud only triggers when the camera is in the interior view now - as well as the seatbelt and key sounds.

So close to the quarter milestone!! With the new update to the Sound Fixes Pack, it has now reached 24% base game AI traffic sound completion (▲ +1%)!

I have also been testing the optional mod support in Convoy multiplayer (while also enjoying the new Montana DLC) and it seems to work all right. So I am pleased to say I am confident on keeping this tag enabled for the mod. It's a great opportunity to make multiplayer sessions accessible for more players.

Of course, keep in mind if you join a session without a visual optional mod enabled that the host has enabled (e.g. a truck mod), you can expect to see green boxes.
