I also lost the gear grinding sounds when using along with the Paccar sounds. BUT I prefer it this way, now I can actually float the gears without getting the damn grinding noise if I'm not with 5 rpm of the correct RPM. Hopefully, the conflict will never be fixed because it's perfect without the grinding.

The pack has been updated to v12.2. This is a good update for the ATS players since there is now more refined biplane and cable car audio.

Here is the change log for the ATS edition:

• Fine tuned external suspension sounds
  
  Outside volume increased for "Open window" optional mod
  
  [ATS edition] Increased volume of AI traffic police sirens
  and changed one of the police sirens back to default
  
  [ATS edition] Improved audio and increased volume for biplanes
  
  [ATS edition] Increased volume for cable car engine and horn

It is becoming more time consuming to publish this mod since I now have to maintain an ATS edition and an ETS2 edition. But hopefully I can find an efficient method to speed up the process.

Ok wauw I'm impressed! I actually never heard of the mod before (ETS2) so its all new for me and now I can't drive without it anymore .. Personally I think the vehicles passing by and the choppers etc are a bit too loud when you're behind the wheel but the effects (parking brake, retarder etc) are awesome

Is there any chance you might add a sound when you're shifting from high to low range?! I added a small video from youtube because that will explain it way better than with words.

@Vencto - Hi, thanks for the comment. Are you using the "Open truck window" optional addon by any chance? If you disable that, you should get an okay volume for those ambient sounds (traffic, helicopter).

About the shifting sounds, my mod does not cover individual truck sounds (sound files that are unique to each truck).
Maybe you can ask some of the truck sound modders that do sounds for the truck engines like kriechbaum and odd_fellow to implement that kind of sound in their mod.

small bug...we also hear the nokia ringtone now as the desktop music sometime

rookie_one Noted - however oddly enough one of the desktop music files in ATS seems to be also used for the late music and there's nothing I can do to change that so that's why I had to override some of the desktop music files.

I think I found the culprit on which one is the desktop music and which ones are the late music, so a fix may be coming soon but I need to do a few tests just to make sure.
