I have figured it out, my game crash seems to be caused by a voice navigation mod. I disabled it and all is good now.

Pack updated to v26.32 with the following changes:

- Comprehensive sounds added for the (Luxtram) 2017 CAF Urbos 3 tram in Luxembourg. [ETS2 edition]
- Electric vehicle pedestrian warning sounds added for slow speeds to the 2023 Rivian EDV in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
- Compatibility update for future update of the Winter sounds mod. [ATS edition]
- Extended sound distance range of the trailer coupling sound.
- 1.59 Traffic Sound Rework merge: Worked on merging tire sounds to more AI traffic sound sets in the Sound Fixes Pack.

After mentioning here that I hadn't heard the original GTS map theme...the mod has now played it several times. One of which it followed up with the sped-up version.

Pack updated to v26.33 with the following changes:

- Electric vehicle pedestrian warning sounds added for slow speeds to the 2025 Cadillac Optiq in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
- 1.59 Traffic Sound Rework merge: Support for music (rare probability) playing in more vehicles in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
- Minor sound adjustments to some vehicle engine sounds in AI traffic. [ATS edition]
- Added slowed version of the party music track that plays in AI traffic vehicles.
- Slight reduction in probability of music playing in AI traffic vehicles.
- Applied wet tire sounds during rain for some agricultural trailers hauled by tractors in AI traffic.
- Cleaner game log: less nameless variant warnings than the vanilla game for better compatibility with the 1.59 game version.
- Improved mixing of the standalone "Nostalgia" air horn available in the Service Shops.

Are the wind effects when the windows are open super loud for folks? I kinda noticed it seems to be a LOT louder in 1.59, or maybe it’s just my ears.

Winter sounds for ATS - 2026MAY24 update

The optional mod "Winter sounds" (part of the Sound Fixes Pack Collection) has received an update for American Truck Simulator with the following change:

- Stopped the sound of some cicada/cricket sound items that are noticeable in the Illinois DLC (Sound Fixes Pack required for this feature)

@Maverick89 - Its loudness highly depends on the level of soundproofing of the truck being used. Without soundproofing mods, there is unfortunately inconsistency on this between trucks
