1st part - That can be fixed by allowing cookies on the forum. Whenever my browser just resets itself, it asks to allow cookies again and until I click yes, all images appear as "[External Image]"
2nd part - I still haven't tested a painted front bumper, I went with the chrome because I made mine based on TMC's fleet spec (But with a twist).
