@kriechbaum Can you do some of your magic with the new recordings for the SCS new VNL? The sound is actually quite good but is not there yet, it's missing something and still needs some love.

Yeah, mixing as usual, as well as something weird under rapid rev changes. Might need a bit more love.

@NelTop5294 what you need to do is:

1. Open the soundpack with your preferred archive reading program (7Zip, WinRAR) and navigate to def\vehicle\truck;
2. Extract the volvo.vnl folder to your desktop or your preferred folder;
3. In the \engine folder, you must open all of the .sii files and replace 'volvo.vnl' with 'volvo.vnl2018';
4. In the \interior folder, you must open the sound.sui and repeat the above step; replace all instances of 'volvo.vnl' with 'volvo.vnl2018';
5. Then, you must rename the volvo.vnl folder that you have extracted into volvo.vnl2018;
6. Finally, you must add the entire folder to def\vehicle\truck inside of the soundpack.

It should work.

Thanx for this. But i dont see Volvo D13 engine in engine folder(

Yes same here, main description says D13 is included but could not find any file for it in the mod.

I wonder if it is because he had remixed the original sounds? There is a .bank file corresponding to the Volvo VNL in the sounds, so that might be the one you two are looking for.

In the update notes for V3.5 he says thanks to KW900 for his recordings. So I don't think it's a remix of the original SCS sounds.
I couldn't find sii files for the Volvo D13 either.

because you dont need them if he just replaces the original .bank from SCS

I'm find the error, incompatibility with Sound Fixes Pack. I'm disabled his and this pack work fine!

I have both Mods activated and they work very well together .
