There is a huge invisible wall driving into Mr. Pleasant (right in the bridge) was this fixed in this last update (it makes impossible to make deliveries to Arkansas...).

Dreadnaught are you using midwest exp> its not fully upgraded for texas yet

Looks like a wrong load order or an outdated mod @Dreadnaught. You can check the correct mod versions and load order here for example: viewtopic.php?t=292914
