[UPD] Coast to Coast Map - v2.15.49.2 (28 Jan)

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Hello! So I went and bought a Container Carrier trailer. Noticed there are * no * jobs outside of official SCS cities. I did a 38 hour job from Houston to Portland, OR , checked again, still no jobs going into the C2C cities. Is this a problem on my end, a 'feature' of C2C, something that'll be added in future versions of C2C, or ... ?

Update 1: Bought a Reefer trailer, same problem. So I, for giggles, did a +g_force_economy_reset 1 , restarted ATS, reattached the reefer, and same thing. For giggles I then g_set_time 06:00, waited an in game minute, repeated that two more times to * really * make sure the economy had reset. Nope. Reattached my low boy trailer, boom! I got jobs going to / from the C2C cities. Err? WTH?

What type of job are you attempting? WOT jobs only work on SCS maps.

@BelGarion Some owned trailer types are only allowed in some of the states in the US. As states like Florida are not released by SCS yet such trailers cannot be used for jobs to/from Florida. You might want to check this mod (although it might need to be updated; I have to check for that).

Nope, nothing External, Cargo Market is where I go for trailer specific jobs, so with my low boy I am getting things to/from C2C cities, but with my Reefer / Cargo Container trailers I am getting only official cities.

Sure, like doubles and triples, but a reefer? That's a pretty standard trailer type, it is what hauls your refrigerated / frozen / cold loving goods. Both the reefer and cargo container are singles, not doubles, and I am looking in the same place, the Cargo Market, but the low boy I can get tonnes of jobs everywhere, but can't with the reefer and cargo container trailers. O.o

Yes, even a reefer... I've taken a look into the trailer defs, and for instance one of the single reefers (box.single_53r.reefer) is not allowed in California. It is allowed in all other states released by SCS, but the way this reefer is restricted means that this particular reefer is only allowed in NV, AZ, NM, OR, WA, UT, ID, CO, WY , MT nad TX. It is not allowed in all other states, including CA and all C2C states...

Ok, that's retarded, I wonder why? As I have seen reefers here (I live in So Cal ) and there better be reefers here, getting our frozen / cold stuff to our grocery stores would be difficult without. O.o

https://dot.ca.gov/programs/traffic-ope ... uick-guide Not * too * helpful, digging some more to figure out what is the difference between 'green' and 'black' .

Update: That mod you shared, fixed it. Freaking weird. I can see trucks being restricted due to our draconic air quality laws, anything pre DEF I'd imagine isn't allowed, maybe reefers being restricted due to the type of refrigerant used, but a container carrier is a welded steel i-beam construct with wheels and a king pin setup, I just don't see anything being more 'green' about it. ><

53' trailers (not just reefers) with certain wheel settings aren't allowed (I think they can't be fully slid back). The same trailer with the wheels moved forward is fine though.

Why is that? Does it have something to do with the turning radius?
