SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

Is Montana Expansion and Midwest Expansion required for C2C?

It's other way around: You need C2C for Midwest, but not for Montana (anymore).

@LATrucker @Ruward Why I asked the question was, I am using Promods Canada, Reforma Sierra Nevada and C2C maps and with all of them loaded on the map at many places like outside of Texas and many other states the roads seems to stop all of a sudden leading to nowhere, not like a broken road, but more of a road abruptly stopped itself, I see more of this at Texas though, so was wondering was this due to Montana and Midwest not being there.

@kanthf1 Sorry I don't use different map mods at the same time.
Try a profile with only C2C, and test the map. If there are no problems, try to add your other map mod, and test it again.
When the same problems happen again, you know what's causing it.

Even after removing all my other map mods except C2C, this is what I am seeing:

The roads in the picture are leading to nowhere and I hovered around using free camera and the roads at these ends would just end as if the map was incomplete.

Are you running the remove the XXX barrier mod. If so the you are driving on roads that you are not suppose to. Those roads are not going anywhere.
