[REL] Smarty's Wheel Pack [v1.9 - 08/10/2023]

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

I asked about this on the steam workshop and he said they would be coming in a future update

Will this mod be compatible with upcoming Goodyear DLC?
Re: [REL] Smarty's Wheel Pack [v1.6 - 20/03/2021]
It depends how SCS will name the tires (the defs basically) if they name them identically as the goodyear tires of this pack (unlikely but who knows) then there will a conflict for sure and the mod will need an update. But we will see.
Re: [REL] Smarty's Wheel Pack [v1.6 - 20/03/2021]
I honestly haven't seen the new DLC, so I can't say with any certainty whether it will conflict or not. It's safe to say that the SCS Goodyear tires won't fit my wheels in the same way that the generic SCS tires don't. I have a feeling we'll be fine with regards to conflicts though; The Goodyear tire models I use are mostly obsolete. Surely SCS will have some of the newer flagship models that I haven't been able to find good reference material for yet.

Re: [REL] Smarty's Wheel Pack [v1.6 - 20/03/2021]
there wasn't really anything to confirm, he restricted all his tires to his wheels because they physically dont fit SCS tires, wich is a shame because galimims mod doesnt fit either with it
maybe you could do an addon that uses the textures of the DLC for the people who have it so they can use it?
i saw some models fit the textures, but the thread pattern, i couldnt synchronise them for the life of me

Any plans on making a 24" version of the 5-hole steel wheels?
