GPS Data is not being sent to addon_hookups

This is probably an old issue but GPS data is not being sent to addon_hookups if there is no other GPS in interior or direct slots.

Before mods jump on me about gamelog.txt or location, there is no need for any... But still here you go...: http://pastebin.com/pMgrbPut

1. GPS on addon_hookups only works if there is another GPS on interior / or direct slots (e.g set_lgass)
2. It does not work if there is no other GPS
