Deadlock on profile exit

If the profile is connected to WoTr, the game sometimes falls into a deadlock on profile exit (including game exit). Game shows the window saying "Synchronization with World of Trucks website..." and after it disappears the game stays like that forever with a huge CPU load, so I have to kill it in task manager.
Happened to me just right now and after a few minutes it already works as usual. Was happening to me during whole evening (22:00 @ UTC+5h) at Feb 29th as well.

Version: 1.23.0.2s, 64-bit.
Reproducibility: depends on your servers.
Nothing in a log usually.
