Disappearing water splashes

Water splashes disappears when a car is not in FOV.
Switch between ets2_00588.jpg and ets2_00589.jpg or reproduce for see difference better.

Don't see any splashes at all, even on first screen...

Yes, it's hard to see it on single screenshot. That's why I suggested to compare two images. It makes image lighter in place where it is. Watch for it around black and yellow stripes. It's visible in ets2_00588.jpg and invisible in ets2_00589.jpg.
