It is edit of free Volvo mod that time to time floats around, not sure on what game version it may be updated these days

Very beautiful, just bought now and I'm searching how to made a own plate. Because if you change the paintjob from standard to the second, EST plate disappear for staying white. Only way is delete 'custom plate' to retrieve SCS plate...
