SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Just letting you guys know Im still working on the update.
Spent the past couple of days putting this in, which was not easy as I also had to redo the intersection on the highway at the traffic lights.
It is located here irl https://www.google.com/maps/place/Fairb ... 47.7199757
Carlile is on left of the screen.
Alot of time is wasted and I mean alot looking for the right road prefabs to connect. Sometimes the ones you need dont exist so you have to rethink it all.
I've also noticed speed limits vary around the whole area so adjusting those as well.

Have been reworking the whole area, as well as being busy at work as we get closer to xmas.
Currently I am redoing Aurora Drive where Carlile is as there are two lanes going one way and one lane going the other.
Might have to take the road template into blender though as there are no lines on the current one in the editor.
Might be able to get away without doing that though.

I love this map but when I try to run just the map in ATS 1.46 it crashes to desktop. I have no other mods on the profile and wonder if an update is in the works for this, I rolled back to 1.45 for now to continue enjoying this challenging highway. Thanks for a great map.

I havent released the update for 1.46 as yet as I am still working on some new things plus I work 6 days a week so my time is very limited. In the meantime if you wish to run the 1.45 version you will need to back patch. There were quite a few changes in the def files that will cause a crash if you try to run it on game ver 1.46

On that note everyone heres a few screenshots of some of the things I have been adding.
Carlile Fuel and Chemical Depot in Deere St

Carlile Truck Workshop - behind the Fuel and Chemical Depot in Aspen St. Along with Plaster and Sons new location and Air Land Transport on the far left.

All these new additions required some revamping of this entire area from Voltison Motors with the roundabout to Deere St and also dow towards Peterbilt.
This is part of the Train Depot near Carlile. You can also see the road has been changed to be more intune with the real one. Aslo added Animated Gates to Carlile.

Still got some stuff to add in and fill in some new streets etc as well as trying to test and see what else has snuck in I havent spotted.
As you can see theres this for starters across from Carlile Fuel Depot to be filled in.

Edit :I have also just replaced the hideous giant sign on top of Carlile.

I am so addicted to this map, its just so relaxing. I can tell the hard work and dedication that is put into this project. I was able to run it with the Oculus and that was just a fantastic experience! Thank you again for all your hard work making this 1:1. With triple screens, this is a very immersive mod. Keep up the hard work, I can't wait until 1.46 comes out.

@Hawkbs, no hurry. I just rolled back to version 1.45 to finish up a run to Bettles. I understand that life and work come first and am eager to see what comes out when you are ready. Don't work too hard.

If anyone is willing to explain how it's done I would love to be pointed in the right direction as to what file/s and lines of code therein I need to alter to affect an increase the daylight hours on the winter map.
This is because Hawkbs gives you the full immersion, and rightly sets the daylight hours according to the real-world - and at this time of year Deadhorse is in 24/7 darkness. Let it be said that If I'm driving alone I am more than happy with this arrangement, I'm all for the immersion.
But sometimes I like to stream this map on Twitch, especially now we have convoy mode! And in that scenario at least a few hours of daylight per day is way more practical, hence my query.
