I got two little questions:
What's the state of the Winter Map for 1.44?
How is the FFB updates introduced the last few updates working out with this map particular roads?

As for FFB updates I havent noticed anything probably as I have my ffb setting for engine etc turned down alot.

I love these maps and just downloaded the 1.44 Summer map. Will finish current job before updating mod folder and will enjoy as always.

Hi i have just installed the Dalton and Eliot highway mod. i have put everything in the right order but it crashes my game when i go onto the loading screen. i have also created a new profile.

What game version are you on? As far as I know it doesn't work on 1.45 yet. However it works just fine for me on 1.44. @topsidewolf697

@topsidewolf697 Did you select dalton.mdb as the playing module? If you are on 1.45 Beta there are alot of changes which will crash it.
What does your gamelog.txt say? I cant tell what is causing your crash without seeing that.
Please copy and paste your entire gamelog.txt to here https://pastebin.com/ generate the link and post it here so I can see.
Currently the map is only compatible with game version 1.44

@Roon_Moonlight No, you'll need two profiles: one for the Summer edition and one for the Winter Edition.

@Roon_Moonlight @Vinnie Terranova No you dont need two profiles. You can switch between the two maps easily. Just load the files for Winter if you are on Summer Map or vice versa and then ignore the warning screens about missing mods etc and let it load.
I do it constantly myself while testing the maps. Dont tell me you didnt know this Vinnie lol. Folks have been doing it with the map for as long as Ive had both going. The files are the same just different textures, different weather, physics and some winter specific things that do not affect profiles at all.
The map was done that way so people could switch between the seasons without needing a different profile. I have now added this info to the first post of this thread.

Hoping to get some work done on the map this week, however I am also waiting for Montana incase it brings anything new that might cause errors. Ya never know with SCS they may release it and update def files at the same time.
Also I need to finish an area off Ive been changing beforehand or you are all just going to see a great big hole on the side of the road going from Farmers Loop towards Fox. I've started adding in The Old Steese Highway.
Once thats all done and there are no errors then I will drag the changes over to the Winter Map from Summer then release the 1.45 version for both maps.
