Traffic lights not working (stuck on red)

I feel the 1.4.1 patch have more bugs ;
1. I drive the truck in the Crossroads, and traffic lights stop in red signal, but I waiting for ten minutes later, the traffic still is red signal , So hope Solve the problems...
2. I tried to load the autosave, but the computer stop a long time, but finally do not loading my save files.
3.in the road.. have more more AI Suddenly appear in front of my truck , So I feel not truly.....

Problem with traffic lights. For example in Dresden.... neverendig red light. Or in Prague i saw green light for all.

I am not sure if this has been talked about but I selected a Quick Job, then selected the Ivenco Hi-Way track and then the job from Lyon to Carlisle. Load the truck and came out of the parking lot and I noticed none of the AI traffic seems to be moving. Every one of the lanes looks like they are blocked at the traffic light.. Even the traffic on the opposite lanes without any blocking at a traffic light, does not seem to move. I took another route and noticed the traffic lights in the other area also had block traffic. On the main road with out any traffic lights, AI cars seems to move well.

Any idea? Please help.

I can confirm the stop lights bug, in Berlin, the first stop light after the garage never turns green, standing there from yesterday , almost out of gas and patience...
UPDATE > after some more testing found out this is a intermittent issue.

hmmm..... the mechanism rather prefab is not possible ...But something wrong - please check it.

Yes, I have had this problem in Frankfurt as well. Had to reload an autosave to get out of the traffic jam it caused.

This should be fixed in 1.4.4

The traffic lights should be now fixed.

The best part is that the game doesn't decrease your reputation when you disregard the red light (like it was in GTS), so I wouldn't wait that long for the yellow light.
