Cannot select dedicated graphics card (laptop)

When I start the game up, I only have the option to select the graphics card in the motherboard (Intel 520 something-or-other) and it doesn't let me choose my GeForce 920M. Is there any way of fixing this?

i have similar problem. i can only select intel uhd graphics. i have second gpu called nvidia 2060. my device is msi gf75 thin 10ser. my operating system is windows 11 home 64bit
