Yesterday my friend gifted me the Toys DLC for ATS, but I found out this truck does not support it, so... I made a little mod which adds compatibility of DLC Toys to the Peterbilt 350. Enjoy! :)

I'm pretty sure Smarty don't do engines.

Correct the engines was done by Kretch. He did a wonderful job developing the engine pack for the 350.

The first Cat engine for a truck was the 1663. It was not a overhead cam design. Cant remember when it was put into porduction.

May Be to the Template I am using? Has been up dated in the Mod Syudio 2 Discord by Lucasi

Be perfectly clear the 350 By Smarty has great detail based on RL. One of my favorite tractors. Currious if anyone has noticed the following when skinning the 350 Peterbilt. Thank you for your replies. In the process of making a skin for the 350. Noticed the Peterbilt hood emblems Left and Right side are not in alignment. Left side is correct position. Placed a verticle line 5 pixels wide from the font of the left Hood Emblem to the Right side of the Hood for meaurement. The Right hood emblem is on the correct Horizontal line. From the back of the Right Petebilt Hood Emble to the Verticle Marker Line off 120 Pixels. The right Hood embelm needs to move back 120 pixels. Then the Right Hood Emblem would alighn with the left Peterbilt Hood Emblem.

Thank You For Your Kind Respoonses

One of those great RL details is how Peterbilt centered the emblems on the panels. The driver side panel extends from the grill to the cowl, where the passenger side only extends from the grill to the filler panel for the air cleaner. There's your asymmetry. ;)

I'm pretty sure I do. Every single engine definition in the Scot, 350, and all of my WIP projects is done by me, from OEM data sheets and/or dealer data books - right down to replicating operation past the governed speed, up to high idle on mechanically governed engines. Moreover, the engine sound bank is my work, using Kriechbaum's old samples.

As for Cat engines, I'm not aware of any in a 350/280. I'm saving those for the 351/281, 358/288, 359/289 where they're more appropriate.

Does anyone know if there were any higher differential ratios than 8.43 for Peterbilt 350? Like, 8.6x, 8.7x, and so on, maybe 9.xx...

I have a 0.63 last gear and I need more reduction for the 150 hp engine :)
