Bug in Peterbilt Workshop (Flagstaff, AZ) [33165]

I found a bug in Peterbilt Workshop localized in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The bug causes a "texture blink" on wall, near on workshop icon.
I uploaded a GIF, to demonstrate the bug:

Though it is low quality gif, I have it too and I have like the GREATEST POSSIBLE settings in game.

@room217au: The game is configured in high settings and run perfectly. Not is my graphics.

@loutis: Yes, exactly. We came to the conclusion that this is a bug, right? I have other friends who have reported this bug on their machines, with different settings.
The Gif in low quality, is only to demonstrate the problem.

Yes, the number Loutis mentioned means it's added to their internal bug tracker.
