@Krislav The color of these parts is configured in the material files. if you understand how to configure these files, then I can suggest the name of a particular mat-file.
Or try to select interior "exclusive Gray" and change the color of texture /vehicle/truck/daf_xf/interior/textures/fabric_white.dds. But it's not guaranteed that other details will look correct after that.

First, try installing all the addons from my mod with the highest priority in the mod manager. And of course, make sure you have the latest version of the mod downloaded from the links in this thread.
If it doesn't help, then show the log file after visiting the truck gallery.

Solved, the mod "JB Lightpack" created issues in any priority.
