@MrDarkCiide I found what the problem is.
Mod @tobrago and mine mod use an accessory with the same name a.addon_hookup.
This name causes such a bizarre conflict.
To resolve the issue, you should temporarily change the name of this accessory. It is not difficult.
In my mod you can find this accessory in file /def/vehicle/addon_hookups/plate.sui.
In mod tobrago, this accessory is in file /def/vehicle/addon_hookups/adr.sui (line 612).
Change the name of the accessory, for example to plate_a.addon_hookup, and everything will work as expected.
Someone will release a fix in the future... Maybe... Perhaps even me... I can't say anything yet. Alas.
